Credits

Apidog Credits are a reward system that allows you to earn credits through invitations and use them to reduce subscription costs.

Earning Credits Through Invitations

Invite new users to register and receive $10 Credit per successful registration. There is no limit to the number of credits you can earn.

Method 1: Team or Project Invitation

Invite new users to join your team or project. When they successfully register, you receive a $10 Credit.

Method 2: Referral Invitations

Referral invitations are independent of your team or project. Invited users simply need to register to earn you credits.

How to send referral invitations:

Navigate to Account Settings → Referrals and Credits

Credit Rules

Rule	Description
Usage	Credits can only be used to upgrade team plans (not withdrawable)
Transfer	Credits can be contributed to teams but cannot be transferred back to personal accounts
Expiration	Credits expire at the end of the third calendar year after acquisition (applies to both personal and team credits)
History	View credit acquisition and spending history in Account Settings → Referrals and Credits

Team members can contribute their personal credits to the team, allowing administrators to use them as deductions during payment.

Paying with Credits

Team managers can prioritize the use of credits when paying for subscription plans.

Automatic deduction:
After the 14-day trial ends, payment is automatically processed and any existing credits in your team or organization are automatically deducted. No additional action is needed.
