Subscription Changes and Refunds

Q: Can I convert my current (monthly/ annual)subscription to another plan and get a refund for the difference?#

A: We don’t offer direct conversions from one active plan to another (such as from annual to monthly or vice versa) with a partial refund. But don’t worry — we’ve got an easy way to help you make the switch!

Q: What happens if I want to switch from my current plan to another plan?#

A: Simply cancel your current subscription, and we’ll issue a full refund for that charge. Once that’s done, you’re free to subscribe to the desired plan anytime through your Apidog dashboard.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?#

A: Refunds typically show up in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Q: How do I subscribe to the desired plan after cancellation?#

A: After your current plan is cancelled and refunded, just head over to your Apidog dashboard to choose the desired plan that fits you best.
